Everyone was very nice and went the extra mile at an upsetting time, having damaged my car in an accident. One tiny thing that would have been nice - my back seat was full of dust from the repair work, it would have been a nice touch to have wiped that out. But that's a small thing. Very happy with the really nice staff and service.
