The personnal was informative and nice. The issues I had with service was lack of a loaner vehicle for people that are outside of the range of their shuttle. I live 30 min away and had to bring a trailer to get my truck.

It’s my first time using sleepy hallow, so far so good

Communication was good. It took a while, but I don’t think that could be helped as more damage was found and more parts had to be ordered. It looks great and everything works! I brought it in with a charge and picked it up with no charge, which was a bummer and why I marked the service down a bit. It was parked right across from your charging station.
