The folks working in the collision center were so professional and compassionate. I was going to have to wait for an appointment, but when Bill found out that I was having issues beyond a fender bender, he worked to make sure I could get the car fixed while my daughter was here helping after a surgery. His compassion and gentle spirit were so so appreciated.

Before this repair I sent quite a few people to you. After this repair, I don't feel the same way as far as quality of work. Mismatched bumpers, missing battery jumper, scratch in van.

The person who painted did not bother to match up to other black paint on the van. The rear is shiny and front is a flat black. Would like to have it done over. Also, missing from van is charger for battery.
