Sleepy hollow said my insurance provider didn't tell them the repairs were approved. My insurance provider approved them the same day the quote was sent. This was relayed to sleepy hollow staff who said they would order the parts. That person must not have talked to anyone because a week later we were told the repair wasn't covered and it had been. These delays cost us waiting for a mo th for service.

After the repair the driver side door does not function as it once did and is now harder to open and close with noise. The automatic window button on the driver side door is also affected as the rear passenger side button will no longer roll up the back window and appears to be broken but was functioning perfectly fine prior to going into the repair shop. Other than that, the work completed met my expectations.

Poor attention to detail. Passenger side seatbelt was not usable, glove box had a significant scratch. Interior didn't appear to be cleaned up. Disappointed.
