We were told 2 weeks for parts. I called after 3 weeks for progress report and was asked when I could bring in the truck. Female representative acted confused when told the truck had been there for 3 weeks. She blamed Bill on the misinformation. We called after 4 weeks and was told it was in paint and they would call the next day with update. No call received. We called after 2 days more and the truck was still in paint. We called the next day (Friday) and the part was the wrong part so we had to wait til Monday. Upon pick up on Monday afternoon, there was sticker residue all over the front chrome bumper. Had to wait an additional half hour to have that removed.

My only complaint is that the timeliness of the repair. I specifically asked to be able to pick it up on Monday but wasn’t able to get it until Tuesday which put me in a bind.

Very poor communication on vehicle, no rental car available. My car sat in one places for over 30 days. Never was communicated next steps. I’ve had my car back for 1 week. And although the damage looks good and repaired it had some internal issues that weren’t resolved.
