Told truck would be ready in five days took it in so there was six working days called on fifth day was told by manager that we will call you when ready told him I needed it for weeklong fishing trip I was taking no loners available if you can’t get it done by promised time don’t promise and don’t be rude will not buy or use services again

When they replaced the license plate on the new bumper they didn’t line it up correctly so it’s crooked

We were told four days originally, then the fifth day I called them to find out what was going on, and they found something else wrong so they needed to order another part was told it would take another few days I called back after three more they said they had to paint it then put it back together and was going to take another few days, they had our car From May 17 until June 3, I understand supply chain and everything but it just seem like it took a very long time to get the job done, and I asked somebody to call me after the fifth or sixth day and nobody ever did
