My Explorer is not operating correctly. It jumps and thuds when reducing speed. This was not happening before I dropped it off. Otherwise customer service from gals and Derek was great!!

They were great at communicating status updates. They got my car finished in less than 2 weeks after hitting a deer! My car is back to running great and has a cleaner interior than when I left it which is an added bonus!
