The front desk teemed with respect, offered information up front that took the anxiety level way down. You must know how beneficial this is for the anxiety ridden customer. I was so pleased from start to finish with presentation, empathy and most importantly, communication , which brings all of that together for a great experience. The tri-coat blending is very hard to accomplish, especially on a 14 year old car - it was blended to perfection.
