The collision center kept me updated throughout the process and maintained communication. Due to Covid, parts are spare or take forever to get in. My insurance ran up on my rental. The shop worked with me and gave me one of their rentals free of charge until my car was fixed. They were so accommodating and nice. Hopefully I never have to come back but if I do, I will gladly choose Latrobe collision center!
