I had an outstanding experience with the Latrobe Collision repair shop from start to finish. Jeff Barr, Chris Spillar, and Danny Jenkins were professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of the repair was exceptional- my car looks as good as new. They completed the work on time, handled everything smoothly with the insurance company. I thought I already did this before, but I'll do it again.Just in case it got missed. I was very satisfied with the work that the collision department there did on my car.Everything was perfect. A special shout out to Debbie in the collision department. She was very helpful for me and she managed to get me a loaner car when I found out that I didn't have car. Rental on my insurance. I was very appreciative. I thought that I did. I added it, but it wasn't good for this particular process.
