Not good! Should've had a new hood or a better fix on original. My insurance agreed to partially pay for new hood and I picked up the difference and Smith did the work free of charge.New hood looks good! Gap spacing is horrible. I appreciate trying to resolve original problem. It's better, but not good. It took way to long to finish. Mudflaps are not straight nor are they positioned the way I originally put them on. Attention to detail just doesn't exist. The roof of the truck was not washed when I got it back. That alone shows the lack of effort into getting the job done right. The bumper was scratched in the process of trying to re align grill /hood gaps. The center piece around tow hooks is now plastic, was steel. Not a good experience and I really hate throwing people under the bus, and I would not have but, you asked. Alot of people probably wouldn't notice the issues but I would, always.I have pics.

You went above and beyond to get all the parts needed to fix my SUV and all this during the strike going on at GM and Ford.. The service was fast and efficient , customer service was fabulous always keeping me updated on progress. Fantastic job
