It would’ve been higher had my husband not had to bring it back bc a wire wasn’t attached in the passenger side door that also affected my mirrors from closing when locking

When I first contacted your shop , I explained that I lived almost an hour away - initially it seemed that you understood the additional hardship that would cause with having my car in the shop - once my car was actually at your shop, that was quickly no longer recognized - when I dropped my car off on a Friday I was told car would be ready Tuesday / Wednesday - then I was told Wednesday/ Thursday - then it was revised to Friday and " I would be called when it's ready" - again, I live almost an hour away, so I needed a days notice because I also had a rental car to return - I'm just disappointed in how my situation was handled , it was a lot of added stress on top of an already awful time dealing w/ hail damage not only to my car but my home as well
