It was a very long wait to get the rapair completed. Claim was filed Feb. 15th and I could not get a repair appointment until April 10th. My daughter is now in the same boat with Smith. She has waited over 4 weeks for the estimate to be issued. Another issue I found was that the Allstate agent scheduled the time and date for my estimate and when we arrived with the truck, was told that they shouldn't schedule things after 4 pm and they are not sure why that was done.

The service from the associate Mr. Beaver was excellent. However, when he was on vacation I was promised a few times for call backs and that never happened. Additionally, the phone was not answered very often during this period of time.

My tailgate worked when I dropped it off. Did not when I picked it up. And the bumper put on my car is not the same as the original. Not happy
