I’m satisfied with the end result but there were issues that could have been avoided with the original scheduling date. I never should’ve had to rent a car for a whole week when all my parts were not in. I should’ve been called to pick up my vehicle and reschedule when all the parts had arrived. My car was completely drivable. I had waited 5 weeks between the estimate and my appointment date and was told the week before my appointment to call and make sure all my parts were in. I called 2/8 and was told they were. I dropped my vehicle off 2/13 and was told they’d have it to Friday 2/17. When I called 2/17 I was told oh we’re still waiting on a part. When I questioned this I was told “ma’am I can’t help what you were told”. I was out a weeks car rental I had to pay for for no reason.
