I think you have some scheduling work to do to be more considerate of the needs of your customers but we found the work to be good and everyone there was nice and helpful. You even noticed we had somehow forgotten to put our new tag on and pointed it out, possibly saving us from a ticket. Really, our only complaint was the scheduling.

I understand why you schedule the way you do but it’s very hard on people who have limited transportation. It seems you could find a better way than lining up however many cars come in on a given Monday.
