My car was damaged by a sheet of plywood flying out of the bed of an oncoming truck. The whole experience was a complete nightmare from the Beaufort County Sheriffs office to dealing with the insurance company and the rental car. When I finally got the name of Smitty's to have my car repaired I expected the nightmare to continue. I was so wrong. From the moment I got there and started dealing with Alyson, everything was taken care of. She thoroughly went over my car and told me what they were going to do. Once they got my car in the "shop" , Stacey called and went over everything again. My husband just picked up my car and the work that was done is fantastic. Thank you so much for being the only "easy" in this whole nightmare.
