This is the second time I have used Smitty's for a repair. The first was minor. This was major. The staff members were professional, thorough and friendly. Stacy explained how the repairs were to be done in customer terms. I was kept informed of the progress of the work and was pleasantly surprised that it was done a week sooner than the projection.
