Smitty’s was great to work with in my repair. Wish we would have never had to meet but they were straightforward and accommodating with desire to make sure that we are satisfied with their work. Set some good expectations on timing however it took a week more than expected which I get sometimes it doesn’t go the way you want. I also know that speed and good don’t work too well together so we were patient. I called at 12-14 business days to check on (longer than the 2 weeks). Left message but had to call again the next day. Only suggestion would be reach out to the customer around the end of the time frame you mentioned to be more forward communicating. I have heard horror stories about weeks and months so I am please with the timing and work. I am an over communicator having been a business owner before so consider my expectations higher than normal. I would recommend them for your car repair. Thank you Stacy and Smittys.

The only thing negative I can say is that I had to constantly call to get the updates. Each time I will call when it was getting time for it to be ready for pick up. They would tell me they would check and call me back. But no one ever would call back..

I mean they did a great job on my truck and definitely fought to get the rights parts to get the job done RIGHT! The owner and staff was personable and direct. Which is a plus for me because that’s the proper way to do business. I definitely would recommend highly and be a repeat customer!
