My car was not going to be looked at until I said that "Liberty Mutual" had already estimated the damages via the computer. At first I did not feel that I was welcomed into the shop.

The entire staff was efficient, punctual, polite and pleasant. When I brought my car in, the guy from Enterprise rental was already waiting for me. The damages were repaired sooner than expected and my Yaris looks great, shiny both outside and in. Edwin must have vacuumed the interior because it's spotless. I consider that going above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service!
