The service was very good and very courteous. Brian went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. However, if you want me to point out small issues of no serious consequence: You received an incorrect part. That’s understandable. These things happen. After several days, I had to call to find out when my care would be ready. It turns out that it had been ready that day. I would have preferred to have gotten a call the day before so I could make plans to pick it up. Not a big deal, but you asked. Also, when I came to pick up the car, the young woman at the desk seemed less than interested in service ( a departure in attitude from all the other staff). She was slouched in the chair, jacket covering her mouth and hands, barely looked at me, never sat up, and while looking at the screen she discovered a discrepancy with another client’s file and took the time to call that client to clarify the issue before she called for my car to be delivered or take my payment. I would say that she was decidedly indifferent. She got the job done but it was not a friendly interaction. Again. Not that important but you asked.

Passenger side light looks old and dirty compared to the 3 other brand new lights. Additionally, the passenger side headlight does not work. Otherwise, the car came back very clean and the work they did on the actual body looks really good.
