The communication could have been better. For example, we e-mailed paperwork to South Loop and the e-mail was clearly missed, so our car sat for a week. Also, the automated messages were largely irrelevant.

The body work was good. But, when I picked up my car, the air conditioning had stopped working. I called the shop and was informed they “hadn’t touched my air conditioner”. When I took the car in, I was informed that the ambient temperature sensor was gone. I spent over $600 to have it repaired.

The response I got was “we didn’t touch the air conditioning” and that I could bring it in if I wanted. The damage obviously happened while the car was there, since the air conditioning was working fine when I dropped it off.
