I had a fantastic experience with South Loop Auto. Chatel and Danielle were excellent. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was able to talk with the shop and point out the damages upon arrival as well as examine the car once it was repaired. Chatel also marked all of the problem areas upon arrival. They made me feel relieved because this was the second time my car was broken into and the shop who fixed my car the first time returned my car to me with doors and a truck that didn’t lock properly. South Loop Auto delivered exactly what they promised. My car was repaired in a timely matter, they gave my car a beautiful hand wash, and the test drive was so smooth. My car felt like a brand new car. I highly recommended South Loop Auto.
