Someone needs to be in charge of quality control. When the damage to my vehicle was assessed, part of the damage was missed. No one checked the work to make sure it was complete. No one walked the vehicle with me after the work was completed. A few days after picking up the vehicle, I noticed the part that was not complete. When I brought back the car to have the work completed, your staff left the packaging for the new part in my car , how do you not throw out your trash or check your work? I the quality of the customer service and workmanship has declined over the years
