From day one of meeting the staff at South Loop auto, there was a professionalism that remained true throughout the servicing of my automobile . Some of the things that stood out was the family type atmosphere throughout the facility, updates in a timely matter via text or email and the willingness to discuss any concerns I may have had. I have no doubt that I was treated fairly. I was not recommended to South Loop auto but I am glad that I chose wisely and I would definitely recommend South Loop auto to others. The repairs made on my automobile was above my expectations. Thanks south loop auto.
