The service was easy and quick from drop-off from receiving the estimate both email and via phone. South Loop did a great job of Keonâs me updated and I received my car back in 2 days and my door looked brand new. Also the women in the office were quite pleasurable. I have no complaints.

I think you had my car to long for the repairs (8/6/18 - 9/12/18). I had to wait for last minute repairs after I was told my car was ready for pick up (a day after promised date). And the car was not clean.
