They gave me helpful tips that made my repair experience easier like suggesting a car rental location that does pick-ups and drop-offs. Chatel has great customer service. As the first person I spoke to and met, she was very pleasant over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions on what I need to do next. She set the bar from the beginning and I’m very impressed with the rest. The process was smooth and timely. I got my vehicle back in no time, looking better than when I dropped it off! Vehicle was returned now with buckling wheels in the front and it wound turn without a breaking sound. Steers right at 60 degree angle & shakes.

Called & left a voicemail message immediately after receiving my truck back & it does not feel safe to drive upon receiving it from South Loop. It has in intense buckling sound that clicks and pounds when you try to turn right or left. In reverse it is even more scary & will Actually not move at the buckling 3rd sound. The vehicle also steers to the right at a 60 degree angle. It feels like the wheels & frame are missing pieces or they forgot to put in parts because it feels so completely broken to drive. I have not received a call back & this truck is unsafe. It is impossible to park in a normal lot as the car wheels just lock up. I also have to drive slower because it won’t turn. I’ve never had a vehicle do this & it is all new problems - feels like whoever repaired it took parts off and just gave me 80% of my truck. This is unacceptable / unsafe / dangerous and needs to be repaired. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance if this is not resolved. No idea why anyone would give a vehicle back when it is clealy unsafe to drive now.
