I was told the parking sensors were working when they were not. I had to make to trips to pick up my car when it should have been only one. Time off of work can be costly.

I will never bring any of my vehicles or will I refer anyone to this body shop, additionally I have notified my insurance about your lack of quality service. Plus, people like Carlos need to be trained as it related to customer etiquette and honesty.
