Southern Collision, Incorporated is a family owned and operated business at 115 Highway 322 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. We have been in business for 25 years and at our current location since 2005. We have recently partnered with certain insurance companies to provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process , including text and email messaging, with our customers. Our excellent customer service and latest technology repair is our highest priority. Our goal is to insure that each of our customers are extremely pleased with their experience and repair of their vehicle, from the beginning of the process until its completion.

The front bumper assembly looks NICE. The vehicle itself looks like it did when I drove it off the car lot. I’m very happy with the car’s external appearance. However, they left dust everywhere on the inside. And the battery was dead when I came to pick the car up. They said that was normal when the vehicle had been sitting around for a while, gave me a boost, and I drove off. When I tried to start the car again, the battery was dead again. I called Southern Collision and they said I have to let the car run a while to charge the battery. In the meantime I found someone else to give me a boost. The person who gave me a boost said I needed a battery. So I went to Walmart and got a new battery. The next morning when I tried to start my car, the battery was dead again. I had a friend look at it. It turned out to be a battery cable. No amount of “letting it run” would have fixed that. As a woman, I feel that my concerns were brushed off and not taken seriously by Southern Collision.
