Southern Collision, Incorporated is a family owned and operated business at 115 Highway 322 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. We have been in business for 25 years and at our current location since 2005. We have recently partnered with certain insurance companies to provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process , including text and email messaging, with our customers. Our excellent customer service and latest technology repair is our highest priority. Our goal is to insure that each of our customers are extremely pleased with their experience and repair of their vehicle, from the beginning of the process until its completion.

Firstly, the color scheme does not match the rest of the car. The original is an egg/ off white. The repaired Work appears to be a somewhat plain white with a slight tint. The damage was to the front driver’s side quarter panel. This apparently involved work performed on the front bumper, which, in my opinion, led to my front passenger side signal light assembly becoming dislodged and ultimately damaged by me when I attempted to reconnect it. Finally, the small grey side molding came off of the vehicle while driving and need to be replaced
