I had an issue where my hood would not open, so I took it in for repairs. At the start, the staff weren't sure what the problem was, but after taking the vehicle in, they quickly found out the problem. Turn around time was a week, just to wait for parts to arrive, and during that week staff was very communicative with me, both over text and phone call. Once the parts arrived the fix was quick. I really appreciate everything.
