To have the dealership call me and tell me that everything was done, only to get there and the body shop manager had to be called because the car that they told me they fixed, was not fixed. Hood wouldn’t pop up. Also, the hood was crooked and not flush at all. Then the body shop manager ask me if I could wait 15-20 minutes so he could fix it. I didn’t have the time because someone gave me a ride to pick up my vehicle that was ready. What a joke!!

The seal on the passenger front is not right, it sounds like window is open. I am bringing the car back in on Friday January 2nd to have it checked. I really hope it is a quick fix.

Collision manager states that alignment doesn’t need to be done after working on a unibody frame because it doesn’t effect suspension, even though the suspension components are connected directly to the unibody frame.

My hood isn't right, theres a big gap on one side and no gap on the other, theres paint overspray on my windshield, i had to bring it back in to get the signal light fixed, im really not very pleased, but it is what it is, I wouldn't ever bring it or any other vehicle there to be fixed.
