Everything was very good. Work was done well and all employees I talked to were friendly and helpful. As well as having a rental car I could use. The only reason it wasn’t a 10 was that the repair took a bit longer than what I was told originally. But it wasn’t egregious. Other than that everything was very satisfactory.

The repairs when completed were highly satisfactory. Communication could be improved. A courtesy call ahead of time when a promise date could not be met would have avoided customer disappointment. Earlier ordering of the damaged part would have reduced the repair time significantly.
