People were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and warm. It would have been more comfortable to me had office staff been masked - particularly in the office where there’s no plexiglass. Even if only when interacting with customers - at least ask.

The staff at Specialty &Paint and Body are wonderful people from the staff in the office to the ones who do the physical labor. They worked on my Sons car did an awesome job looks like it was never damaged . Looked just like a brand new car . Thanks for everything I really appreciate their knowledge. They also make you feel like a part of their family

The truck does not drive right. Tailgate was not repaired, front end making a whining noise. I am taking it somewhere else and I am going to ask that you not get paid.

We brought the vehicle in twice for an estimate and were told the original estimate would be honored. When we brought the car in the cost of the repair doubled. I have never had that experience.
