Overall quality after several misses is very good. Issue is that repairs were late, missed being done, and had to be challenged several times to get them completed. Deadlines were missed without communication.

Initial impression was a 10, but as stated before, things were delayed without communication. When the repair was done to the runner a part that was also damaged to complete the repair was missed. I was given one quote and was charged additional labor. I came to pick up the vehicle 3 times. Apparently my time is t as valuable as yours.
