Many of the parts they put on my car were definitely used, which is fine, but the silver long panel on my passenger side seems to be peeling off and I’ve only had my car back about a week. Also as soon as I left the shop my car died and would not restart without being jumped. The problem continued and I had to get a new battery. I assume because my car was likely left setting and not run for the near month it was in care. I wouldn’t have minded if they had either ran my car once a week to keep the battery going or at leash told me it was having issues starting. I doubt they started it on-site without jumping it cause less than an hour after I left when I tried to restart it it was dead completely. Although maybe I’m wrong - the guy who did my repairs seemed exceptionally kind and I can’t imagine him withholding that information- but something just didn’t add up. My USB port also stopped working (I’ll hopefully just have to replace the fuse but honestly not sure yet). Honestly the first 24 hours after I picked up my car were a nightmare of issues and I had to quickly recover as many as possible on my own due to pending travels the next day. I doubt any of these were intentionally inflicted but my car didn’t have those issues going into repair and it did when I picked it up - and it’s frustrating when you’re in a rush to pick up a dysfunctional car directly from the shop. I give 6/10 only because the office staff and repair guys are among the nicest I’ve ever met and I do think they did a great job repairing the physical damages overall with the exception of the metal that’s peeling off the side right now. My car looked nice and shiny and all the bad damages had disappeared. I have mixed feelings honestly. I wanted to bring it back for adjustments but due to moving had to leave town immediately the next day.

Always on top of answering questions and phone calls. I definitely was a bit of an annoying customer due to some tough timelines and issues going on in my own life and they did their best to keep me up to date. I appreciate that.

Only slight was the 3% charged for the use of mastercard. That never resides well with me, it is a cost of doing business a business must absorb, looks low class whenever a business does this.
