Had to point issues still with the car after repair and being told it was done. Never cleaned the car with oil marks on the leather as well as new damage to the interior portion of the door and damage to the wheel rim. Did finally fix it

Had to talk to multiple people about the claim as well as an issue with our coverage after switching from Allstate. Certified adjuster/body shop said I had car rental coverage only to find out from enterprise 5 days later that we did not. Not once did Liberty Mutual call us to tell us this instead calling enterprise and then getting stuck with the car rental bill. Absolutely horrendous service especially within the sales dept and the agent we initially spoke to. Still no resolution and saying it's our fault for the rental car. Why would I rent the car if I didn't need it or didn't have coverage with another car available at home for me to drive. The body shop was the one who called enterprise and set it up for me as well.

I like that they took my car in immediately. I also liked that they were in contact with me during the entire time my car was being fixed. I like the fact that when you call someone always answers the phone. They were always happy and friendly. I would recommend Spina and Adams to anybody.
