I was very happy with the customer service and with the repair on my vehicle. I would use Spina & Adams again. I liked having the email updates regarding the estimated time my car would be ready for pick-up, but the only thing I would suggest is that a date range be provided, as opposed to a specific estimated date. I received three emails indicating the estimated date my car would be ready. When I called the day before to confirm, I discovered my car would not be ready for four more days.
