I dropped my car off on April 16th, they said I would hear from them as soon as possible about how long it would take. I didn't hear from them till April 21st, and they couldn't get me a rental car. They have a texting update on how your car is and what's happening now, it was completely wrong They didn't even know what the numbers were on the text update.
