Everyone was very helpful, kind and courteous. I was quoted to be 6 days without a car, but got it back in 4. I don’t know if that’s usual but it was great for me. I was also able to get a loaner car without paying for it!🤯 I have been to other places in the past (years ago) that had you pay for a loaner vehicle. So I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle at my convenience which was also very helpful. Great job guys! I fell in love with my car all over again, it looks absolutely stunning! I love it! The workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. They know what they’re doing.

Window still Bassicly “snaps” into place when rolled up. plastic trim on driver window on the outside fell right off like it was glued, interior driver door card was supposed to be ether replaced or patched by a leather detailing/fixing professional but that also was brushed over.

Sales and service teams were great. Communication was awesome. Took a few days extra but end result was "Like new'. Only reason. 9 vs 10, is the bed cover was reinstalled a bit crooked and doesn't cover the full bed. It needed reinstalled square.

Everybody from customer service and insurance/warranty people were great and super friendly. I believe their names were Meliah and Ryan. Since I live out of state I was nervous about communication, but they were very understanding of my situation and kept in contact with updates via text. If I lived in PA I would take my vehicle there regularly.
