Customer service was very helpful! I loved getting texts to get updates on progress. Im a little concerned because it feels my headlights seem to be pointing lower when one low beams.

My back seat was filthy and so was my trunk. Nothing was put back in the tire compartment and my cleaning supply box that came with the car was thrown in upside down which made the fluids leak all over the floor. A better clean up should have been done. I brought the car back today to have the trunk fixed. Nothing was offered after I pointed out the dirt. I was told the clean up could have been better but no action. You people need to do better.

Happy with repairs. Not happy on dirt left on my car seats and all of my trunk contents not being put back where they were and the cover over the wheel area was not put back correctly and I didn't have access to put my things back which resulted in me driving back to Spitzer. It was taken care of at that time. Had to clean my interior and vacuum.

Just not a fan of Spitzer. Gave you guys a second chance, not happy having to clean my car after picking it up and having to bring it back to have adjustment made.
