When I came to pick up my vehicle today I noticed that there were multiple scratches on my bumper that were not on my vehicle when I brought it in. When I brought it to the attention of the individual whom was retrieving my keys he acknowledged that it was an issue on their end. He told me he would be able to buff the marks out. I allowed him to do so and the damage was still not repaired. When I again brought this to his attention his response was that it was difficult to remove scratches on that type of bumper because of the type of material it was made of. He then pointed out the bit of my bumper that I had previously acknowledged had been done by myself previously . He more or less told me that since the bumper was not in perfect condition to begin with and that I should replace it anyway. However in my opinion the damage I did.....to my...vehicle I can live with. But I should not have to accept that my vehicle was more damaged by the very establishment that was charging me to fix it. I have already had a bad enough experience considering a heartless individual sideswiped my parked vehicle and took off. But on top of it now I'm told i should just deal with this damage. I have been a customer with Johnson motors since I was able to drive. In fact I just purchased another vehicle there 4 months ago and i have never had a complaint about the service or the quality of the establishment. When my insurance company listed johnsons as an option for me to go to for my repair I immediately knew who I would go with and felt confident that the repair was in good hands. after today I am disappointed that I have to say that my opinion has changed.

the were responsive to my class but there was some confusion. they were alble to do the recall that came out, which is great, but the car's steering seems worse than before. I'll likely take it to the local dealer.

We were extremely satisfied with the work Johnson motors did on our car and would recommend them to our friends. But I don't think the text alerts keep you up to date with the repairs very well.
