everyone i talked to was so helpful and clearly knowledgable. i especially liked that they inspected the car first to order parts *before* having me leave my car there. i have many experiences of my car remaining in the auto shop for much longer than originally estimated simply because they were waiting for new parts to arrive. Spivey's ordered parts first, then had me schedule a later date to drop my car off. And they stuck to the estimated time of completion. Thank y'all so much!
