I would have given a 10 but I had to return twice. First time, no one was available for a minor adjustment to the trunk that was misaligned as a result of the rear impact. The second visit still the intended people were not available but I appreciated that someone at least tried to fix Ave was successful.

Everyone was nice to me, they kept me in the loop as to when my car would be ready. Everyone was kind and helpful. The car was repaired in 2 weeks, much sooner than I thought. Spivey's worked closely with my insurance and made things much easier. I am very impressed with Spivey's body shop and the people who made my bad experience easier.
