Everyone was totally helpful, I had bags of bark in the back and 2 of the girls help me unload it and put into my truck. I was and am so pleased with everyone I talked to and for the work the dealership did. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Excellent service from start to finish. The body shop repairs were 5 star plus. Looks totally brand new. Rick & Holly were so nice and kept me up to date on the progress. One good reason to shop local with such a great dealership.

Scheduled an oil change & repairs 3/26/26 and was told it would be completed on 3/31/26 due to parts needing to be delivered. Was updated daily until the 31st, was then told it would be completed on 4/2/26. Received a message at 2:30 pm stating it was complete and ready for pickup. At 3:45 pm on the 2nd I received a phone call stating repairs were complete but the oil change & services originally scheduled for 3/26/26 was not done. Management proceeded to tell me they had it scheduled for 4/3/26. I picked up the vehicle ( no oil change & serviced) on 4/2/26. I called and spoke to the owner Mr. James and he apologized, then personally scheduled it to be done at my earliest convenience, which is 4/6/26 due to it being Easter weekend.
