The body shop manager was incredibly nice! He was very honest and told us exactly what he needed to do to fix our Traverse. He kept us informed from day one. Our vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner just like he said it would be. I will recommend tHem to everyone I know.

The guys at Springhill Motors are always helpful. They got to our car quickly and the repairs were done within three days. It’s perfect and when we picked it up it was spotless. They answer all my questions and are super friendly.

The work on my car looks fantastic. I’m very satisfied with the repair & the communication. Also appreciate that Chad was quick to fix a minor issue with my windshield when I first got it back. He was great with giving updates & getting the work done quickly.

The repair work was done well. There are bubbles in the paint where it did not stick and it will soon start chipping I’m sure and I am not a body repair person.

The repairman himself was wonderful! The adjuster that was at Springhill Motors was not the most hospitable nor anyone I would like to deal with again. The adjuster was rude to my husband, he did not impress us at all!

Repair does not match. (Color).with missing braces and spoiler. Also have a loud banging noise in the front suspension. Hidden damage that has not been addressed
