I had a great experience with St. Clair Collision. The staff were genuinely friendly and easy to work with, and they took real care with my car — even putting a protective cover over the floor mat so it wouldn’t get dirty. The service isn’t the cheapest, but the quality shows, and you really do get what you pay for. Overall, I’m very satisfied and appreciate the attention to detail.

The repair was satisfactory, the time for the repair work , the 3 weeks just to get my vehicle in the garage was unsatisfactory, then 2.5 weeks for the actual repair. Once in it would be done in a week, we'll that week went by, then it was the following week it would be done, still not finished. Then on Tuesday the following Tuesday I get a call while im out if town that vehicle was ready. Had to wait till the end of the week before the vehicle could be picked up. The only way I could get updates was to call the shop.
