Everyone is kind, pleasant, polite. All of my questions were answered, etc. All the basics are there for the drop-off and pick up of my car. I received no communication about the delays in repairing my car that delayed pick up and then delayed again with staff illness. I initiated communication as to when I could pick up my car on initially planned pick-up dates. That needs to improve. Text messaging , like this, is ideal. This is the only text communication I have received. A bit late to not be disappointed.
