I would previously give a 10, but this visit at time of pickup, my car had damage not present when I dropped it off. I brought it to the attention of the sales associate. He didn’t seem phased. The situation is going to be taken care of by the shop at no charges to me, but I still have no idea what happened to my car.

Definitely will not recommend and I will tell everyone of the service I was given. I deal like Steve’s ripped off and stole from the insurance company as well as lied to me and didn’t do what they said they would.

The whole experience was a 10. The staff was totally professional and friendly. Arrangements were set in order in a reasonable time frame. When I picked up my car it looked like new. A great job of repairing the damage. I will gladly recommend Steve's to everyone.
