The repairs to my car look excellent. I do appreciate how quickly they were able to get it finished. However, when I was picking it up, no one came out with me to look it over. It was top to bottom filthy. When I went to start it, the battery was dead. I had to go back in to get a jump. So, the body work was top notch but the presentation and customer service at the end was sorely lacking.

Very poor communication. I had multiple instances of “we will let you know when parts are in” & literally months later nothing. I understand this happening once or twice but over 3 times is hard to understand.
