I felt that the estimate was padded with unnecessary charges that were not performed.

I was told that the bed of the truck had to come off to be painted to avoid a line where the new paint ended. Bed was not removed although the quote included this. when reassembled the tonneau cover that was removed was not installed properly and had to be fixed while I waited. Tonneau cover was also covered in dust that also had to be cleaned while I waited.

After estimate was approved, Ashley called and left a message for me to return her call. I called and left messages for a week before I finally went to your shop to try and make contact. They tracked her down and found out that she just needed to make an appointment. I was originally given a different repair length and was not told until it was well into the repair causing me to make schedule changes and accommodations to cover my business during the extended length. After dropping the truck off for repair, I was given a text number for communication and updates on the repair. My text were not answered for days and did not get any promised updates. After calling to get some information, I received a nasty voicemail from Cherri that she has a job to do and does not have time to answer my text.

when I went to get my car back an inspection was made to verify the work done. the gap between hood and grill was not acceptable. my issue with this is it should have been seen by technicians prior to me picking up my car. I had work done primarily on the hood due to hurricane damage. it was a small thing; however, it should have been picked up

staff is very helpful and friendly. i felt welcomed when i walked in the door. The work that was preformed on the vehicles was top notch. could not tell there was any damage to the vehicles.

I brought my car there for collision repair after a rear-end crash. Obviously not my idea to have a smashed car. Could have used some advocacy with the insurance co. Seemed obvious the priority was Stewart’s relationship with Progressive rather than with the customer. Person who called after oil change never mentioned air filters or broken windshield. I didn’t receive a text with summary of inspection. Got attitude when I said I wouldn’t spend a lot of money on a repair he wasn’t sure was necessary. I’ve recommended Stewart’s to many friends after previous experiences. I hope none of them actually took my advice.
